My original design (OC) for Fem!Lithuania. Re-designed her, and finalized her, hope y'll like her. Drawn by me designed by me and she belongs to me. You can draw her but please ask permission first. 
Ugnė Jūratė:

Nation: The Republic of Lithuania
Ugnė is a gutsy Lithuanian woman. A very down-to-earth girl whose a bit on the emotional side. She can at times be hot-headed and tends to get openly irritable if she’s rubbed in the wrong way.
➽ It should be noted, that out of all the former soviet republics, she's regarded as one of the most courageous one, as she was consistently unwilling to bend her principles in the face of blood-curdling Russian threats.
➽She's in a centuries long, one-sided romance with Aleksandr (Belarus). The Lithuanian is hopelessly in love with the lone wolf, seriously, very hopelessly in love.
➽ She's a Romuvan. (She follows the Romuva faith.)
➽ She quietly regrets the loss of her people's heathens rituals in present day from her pagan years, she was still a staunchly pagan until the 1300s, when she still worshiped the likes of Perkunas, god of thunder.
➽ ''Do to the times when she basically had an empire (which wasn't her empire) '', she at times do to this grand history acts peculiarly as if she still represents a great power.
➽ Lithuania's always well dressed. Properly so.
➽ The red bow is actually decorated with the designs used for traditional Belarusian ornamental towels (Ruchnik)I just can’t draw the pattern in and has been worn by her ever since it was given to her as a gift by Aleksandr (Belarus) who made it himself by hand. She is rarely ever seen without it, having refused to take off the fabric even when marching off into battle so it has been through much wear and tear over the centuries which would explain its ragged appearance.

Nice. Technically Jurate still works as there are many different last names in Lithuania.It's just more common as a first name.
But so long as it ends in ''te' for unmarried woman, any name will do.
